Ask Copilot how marketing went this week. Get the answer from your own dashboard.
TruLata in Microsoft 365 Copilot lets the people on your team ask Copilot, in Teams or Outlook, about your leads, ads, website and reviews. The answer comes from the same numbers your TruLata dashboard shows, only for people who already have a seat. It only reads. Your Microsoft 365 admin adds it from the Microsoft store.

What can I ask, and where?
Questions about your own marketing, in your own words: how many new leads came in this week and where from, how Google Ads is doing this month, what your open job value is, how many jobs you won this month, or which of your accounts are connected and what is missing. Pick TruLata in Copilot Chat in Microsoft Teams, in Outlook or in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, and ask.
Copilot passes your question to TruLata, and the answer comes from the dashboard's own Ask TruLata, reading the same sources your dashboard reads. A source that is not connected is said to be not connected, never filled with a guess. Answers are written by AI from your data, so check an important figure on your dashboard.

Who can see my numbers through Copilot?
Only people who could already open your dashboard. Microsoft signs the person in and tells TruLata their work sign-in, and TruLata matches it to a seat on your account, exactly like a dashboard sign-in. Someone without a seat gets no answer, and is told to sign in at TruLata or ask the account owner. Guest accounts are refused.
Who may read which workspace is decided by TruLata, never by Copilot. A person with seats on more than one workspace is asked which one they mean. Each person can ask up to 40 questions an hour.

Can Copilot change anything in TruLata?
No. The Copilot connection only reads. It never changes a setting, an ad, a budget, an article or anything else in TruLata or in any account connected to it. A change is still made on your dashboard by a person, the same as today.
We do not use what Copilot sends us for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train general AI models. The privacy policy sets out what Microsoft shares with us and what we do with it.
How do I set it up?
Your Microsoft 365 admin adds TruLata once, from the Microsoft store. Open TruLata in the Microsoft store and press Get it now, or search TruLata in the Microsoft 365 admin center under Settings, Integrated apps, then make it available to the people who use TruLata.
After that, anyone with a TruLata seat opens Copilot, picks TruLata and asks. The first time, Copilot asks them to allow TruLata. People who use it need a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, or an organization that allows metered agent use in Copilot Chat.

Is it in the Microsoft store?
Yes. TruLata is listed in the Microsoft store for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams and Outlook: open TruLata in the Microsoft store. Any TruLata account can use it; your Microsoft 365 admin adds it once and the people with a TruLata seat can ask.
Answers carry the same freshness as your dashboard: your CRM, your forms and your booking platform are live, Google Ads and Google Analytics can run a few hours behind, and Search Console runs two to three days behind. The live data page lists each source.
